Jeff Sharritts

EVP and Chief Customer & Partner Officer

As Executive Vice President and Chief Customer and Partner Officer, Jeff Sharritts is responsible for global sales and partner operations. In this role, Jeff is evolving and executing Cisco’s go-to-market strategy as the company continues to transform its business toward software and subscriptions.

As an experienced leader, he is committed to a customer-first perspective, an always-learning mindset, and consciously building an inclusive and diverse workforce. He’s known for his ability to build highly functioning teams that work collaboratively to solve their customers and partners biggest challenges.

During his 24-year career at Cisco, Jeff has held several leadership positions for top-performing teams in Commercial, Public Sector, Service Provider, and Channels organizations. His most recent role was Senior Vice President of the Americas, the largest of Cisco’s three geographic regions, responsible for more than $29 billion in annual sales for the company. Previously, Jeff served as SVP of Cisco’s U.S. Commercial organization, which received the Chairman’s Choice award for top theater two years in a row.

He is the Executive Sponsor of Cisco’s Connected Black Professionals and Connected Disability Action Network employee resource organizations.

Outside of Cisco, Jeff sits on the Board of Directors for Mueller Water Products, Inc.

Prior to Cisco, Jeff held sales management positions at both Marconi Communications and Panduit. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from The Ohio State University. 

He currently resides in Atlanta, Georgia, where he and his wife of more than 20 years raised four children and now take pride in spending time with their two grandchildren.
