Ty Thorsen is the senior vice president of Engineering for Cisco Collaboration Software. He leads the organization responsible for delivering cloud, hybrid, and on-premises products across Webex Meetings, Calling, Contact Center, CPaaS, and AI Agents. Ty is also driving the vision of a shared Collaboration platform that extends intelligence, security, reliability, and AI capabilities across the portfolio.
