As Chief Automation Officer, Srini Namineni leads Cisco's global IT, data and enterprise AI organizations. During his 30+ years in enterprise technology, Srini has built a strong track record of modernizing systems, driving business transformation, and scaling operations. In his prior role as SVP of Growth Operations, he led cross-company initiatives to simplify commercial experiences and accelerate Cisco's growth. Before joining Cisco, Srini held leadership roles at Salesforce and IBM and co-founded a startup.

Srini holds a Master of Business Administration from The Wharton School, a Master of Science in Computer Science from Iowa State University, and a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science and Engineering from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University. In October 2024, he received the Distinguished Alumni Award from Iowa State's Department of Computer Science.
