With over two decades in engineering and leadership, including a decade driving AI Innovation and Machine Learning, Snorre is a visionary leader renowned for his passion for design, inclusivity, and authentic user experiences. Snorre's career journey reflects a significant impact across the technology landscape. Prior to his tenure at Cisco, he served as Executive VP of Design, Creation and Fulfillment at Bang & Olufsen, expertly blending aesthetics with functionality. He also held an SVP role at Tandberg and led R&D for wireless communication at ABB, where his team earned the Wall Street Journal Innovation award for groundbreaking wireless sensors.

With over 20 patents in communications and video conferencing, Snorre has demonstrated exceptional technical acumen and leadership, earning the 2024 Globee Gold Award for Innovative Leadership in Technology. His commitment to fostering innovation and inclusivity extends across Cisco's devices business. Beyond his executive duties, Snorre has served as a guest lecturer at the Stanford Network Research Center and continues to contribute as a board member for several IT companies. He is also a highly sought-after international speaker, regularly sharing his expertise at leading conferences and industry events. 

Snorre holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering and a Master of Science degree in Mobile Communications & Signal Processing, both degrees from the University of Bristol. When not shaping the future of collaboration, he can often be found skiing on snow or water, a testament to his adventurous spirit.
