Sara Morales serves as Senior Vice President in Cisco’s People & Communities Team, leading the people strategy for Cisco’s 20,000+ employee Global Sales, Marketing, Country Acceleration and Employee Relations organizations. In this role, she is responsible for driving business transformation, delivering best-in-class in-country consultation, and driving people-centric approaches that set the standard for inclusive hybrid work worldwide.
With over 20 years of experience at Cisco, Sara has held key positions including HR Business Partner for HR, Legal, Engineering, and Sales, as well as Chief of Staff to the CHRO and HR Manager for Mergers and Acquisitions. She is regularly called upon to step into high-stakes situations, including leading a global taskforce for the support of Cisco’s people and their families during acute crises.
Sara holds a bachelor's degree in business with a concentration in human resources from San Jose State University. Outside of Cisco, Sara is an active community volunteer and voting rights proponent. She lives in Pleasanton, California with her husband, two children and their Portuguese Water Dog, Pepper.
