Oliver Tuszik is President of Cisco’s Europe, Middle East and Africa region (EMEA).
With responsibility for Cisco’s growth, business and operations across the region, Oliver’s focus is on driving strategies which deliver on customers’ technology and sustainability transformation requirements and help to close the digital divide. Under his leadership and working closely with a regional ecosystem of partners, Cisco’s EMEA region delivers over $13bn annually and represents more than a quarter of Cisco’s revenue.
Prior to his current role, Tuszik successfully led Cisco's Global Partner Sales and General Manager of Routes to Market for five years. Approximately 90 percent of Cisco’s annual bookings are through partners, who complement and differentiate Cisco in the market by helping deliver business outcomes for customers through their unique solutions and capabilities. Tuszik and his team supported this global ecosystem, identifying, incubating, and scaling routes to market to ensure customers can buy and consume solutions in the way that best meets their needs.
Tuszik joined Cisco over a decade ago as the Germany Country Leader where he drove five years of successive growth. During this time, Cisco Germany became a worldwide role model for the company’s Country Digitization Acceleration activities and was twice awarded #1 Great Place to Work®. Before joining Cisco, Tuszik was the CEO of Computacenter in Germany, one of Cisco’s largest partners. He led the consulting business, managed partner strategy, and spent two years running their networking & security business. Tuszik also spent many years in international leadership roles for GE Capital IT Solutions and CompuNet.
He holds an Electronic Engineering degree and a Master of Science degree in Telecommunications and Computer Networks from RWTH Aachen University in Germany, and is a passionate advocate for people living with diabetes.
