Mike McLaughlin is Senior Vice President and General Manager of Americas Sales for Splunk. He is responsible for driving revenue growth and leading go-to-market strategy across the United States, U.S. Public Sector, Canada, and Latin America. In his eight years with Splunk, Mike rose up through the Americas sales organization to lead the enterprise team before taking on his current role.
Mike has deep experience in helping large enterprise customers achieve their business outcomes from a long career in the software business. Prior to joining Splunk, he was Vice President, Americas Enterprise Sales at Salesforce, and he led global account teams over a 14-year run at HPE. He understands that Cisco’s largest customers need technology partners that know their business and can help develop a business strategy to meet long-term needs.
Under his leadership, the Splunk Americas sales team is committed to helping customers unlock the full potential of their data across their entire infrastructure to strengthen cybersecurity, improve system reliability, and accelerate innovation.
