Under Masum's leadership, Cisco's Provider Mobility portfolio is evolving beyond traditional connectivity to become the foundational fabric for physical AI; the intelligence embedded in autonomous systems, robotics, connected vehicles, and industrial IoT that requires ultra-reliable, low-latency, and intelligent secure networks to operate at scale. He champions the view that as AI moves from the factory and cloud into the physical world, network infrastructure must evolve into an adaptive, AI-native layer capable of sensing, reasoning, and acting in real time.
