Kristen Nichols is Senior Vice President of Business and Product Operations within the Cisco Product Organization. With a centralized team of more than 1,000 employees, Kristen and her global team power the Product Organization business by driving efficiency, execution, transparency, standardization, and business acceleration across the multibillion-dollar business.
Prior to joining Cisco in 2019, Kristen held multiple leadership positions at Oracle, most recently serving as Vice President and Chief of Staff of Oracle Cloud Engineering. In that role, she was responsible for driving strategy, development, and business growth for the company's Cloud Operations.
With more than 20 years of experience, Kristen is known for her vision of transformative business operations and expertise in building high-performing teams. She is passionate about bridging technical and core business functions to accelerate results for customers, partners, and employees. Given Kristen’s extensive experience in the technology industry and as a female executive, she is also a strong advocate of women in the technology sector, career development, and mentoring to make a positive impact.
Kristen holds a B.S. in Management from the W. P. Carey School of Business – Arizona State University and an MBA in Finance and Business from the Thunderbird School of Global Management.
