Before Cisco, Jessie led the product and platform operations teams at Box. In this role, she helped transform Box from a single-product application provider to a multi-product platform organization, driving customer-centric release processes, and developing enterprise-grade processes at scale. Previously, she held senior roles at Syncplicity and EMC, focused on accelerating SaaS business models.
Jessie has an M.S. in Industrial Organizational Psychology and a B.S. in Psychology and lives in the San Diego Area with her family.
