Harry Caldwell leads Cisco’s Customer Experience (CX) Americas organization - a team of 4800 services professionals across the Americas, covering Canada, Latin America, Global Enterprises, Service Provider, US Commercial, and US Public Sector. It includes professional and support services, and customer success teams who, alongside Cisco partners, deliver business solutions throughout a customer’s lifecycle by accelerating the time-to-value and return on the technology investment.
Previously, Harry led CX Americas Global Enterprise Segment Central where he was responsible for a multifaceted organization that included Customer Success, Advanced Services, and both development and solution architects aligned to ~150 critical customers.
Prior to Cisco, Harry spent 23 years at Microsoft leading Customer Success teams. He has built a diverse portfolio spanning multiple disciplines where he honed his expertise in consulting services, leadership development, product marketing and support, and technical sales. Harry is passionate about helping customers transform their businesses through innovative solutions, helping them get the most out of their technology and reach their business goals.
Known for his uplifting leadership style, Harry develops high-performing teams through clarity, empowerment, alignment, and ensuring everyone has a seat at the table. He encourages his team to deeply understand our customers’ business and help them attain a prompt return on their technology investment. On a partnership front, Harry believes optimal results are achieved when we operate as One Cisco to enhance our customers’ experience. Outside of work, Harry enjoys traveling, exercising, and exploring the mechanics of classic cars. Harry holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering. He lives in Dallas with his wife and enjoys spending his free time with his two sons and grandbaby.
