Frank Dimina is the SVP of Global Sales and Chief Revenue Officer at Splunk, where he leads global sales, solution engineering, business development, partner strategy, and go-to-market execution across the globe. With more than 20 years of experience in the cybersecurity and technology space, he is known for scaling high-performing teams and helping customers drive mission-critical outcomes with their own data.
His leadership philosophy is rooted in the belief that making an impact and making a profit are not mutually exclusive and he brings this mindset to every role, inspiring teams to execute with purpose. Prior to his current role, he served as Vice President of Public Sector at Splunk, where he significantly expanded the business and helped establish the company as a trusted partner to government agencies at every level, and General Manager of the Americas at Splunk.
Prior to Splunk, he held senior leadership roles at high-growth companies including Check Point Software, Symantec, and Riptech Inc., where he developed deep expertise in cybersecurity, cloud transformation, and mission-driven innovation. He’s also played key roles in scaling successful startups and navigating complex go-to-market challenges.
Frank studied at the University of Maryland Robert H. Smith School of Business, where he earned a B.S. in Finance.
