Francis Lobo is Senior Vice President of Market Access within Cisco's Chief Strategy Office (CSO). In this role, he leads the Market Access team, which plays a critical role in differentiating Cisco's One Cisco portfolio and enabling the company to sell and deliver products across all customer segments and key geographic markets worldwide. The team's strategic and cross-functional capabilities span product prioritization, platform support, go-to-market expertise, and revenue delivery—strengthening Cisco's ability to manage geographic, regulatory and customer needs globally.
Francis joined Cisco in July 2022, bringing more than 25 years of global, strategic leadership experience across both B2C and B2B companies. Most recently, he co-founded Aikito, a "buy now, pay later" commercial real estate fintech company based in New York City. Prior to that, he served as Chief Business & Product Officer at Nationstar Mortgage Holdings in Dallas, where he led the company's Product, Technology, and Marketing teams and drove enterprise-wide transformation.
Earlier in his career, Francis was Chief Revenue Officer at WeWork and Chief Executive Officer of United Online Inc. He also spent a decade at AOL, where he began his journey in the company's India-based call center and rose to become President of AOL Services in New York City. Francis also has experience in go-to-market consulting in Chicago.
Francis holds an MBA from Loyola University Chicago and a bachelor's degree from St. Joseph's College in Bangalore, India.
Francis lives in Menlo Park, California, with his wife, Roopa, and their two children, Samara and Ari. While he grew up in India, his passion for traveling has taken him to over 50 countries, and he has lived in several U.S. cities, including Chicago, Washington D.C., New York, Los Angeles, and Dallas. Outside of work, Francis enjoys traveling with his family and playing golf.
