Emily Killam

SVP, Global Sales Operations

Emily Killam serves as the Senior Vice President of Global Sales Operations at Cisco. With over 20 years of experience in operations and sales, she is responsible for sales capabilities and readiness, sales operations across the full revenue lifecycle, sales incentive compensation, business intelligence and insights, and artificial intelligence (AI) capabilities for the Global Field Sales organization, and Field Strategy & Operations for Splunk. 

Before joining Cisco, Emily was a member of the Splunk Executive Leadership Team, serving as Senior Vice President of Go-to-Market Operations. There, she led operational excellence initiatives across sales, customer success, and marketing, supporting the company’s global go-to-market strategy. Previously, Emily spent eight years at Amazon Web Services (AWS), where she held sales strategy leadership roles, directing shared services and business operations for the company’s multibillion-dollar worldwide public sector and strategic industries organizations. 

Earlier in her career, Emily was a finance leader at Raytheon Technologies Corporation and held sales positions at AccuWeather and The Hershey Company.  

Emily holds a B.S. in Business from the Smeal College of Business, Pennsylvania State University.
