Alistair Wildman leads Cisco’s Customer Experience (CX) Americas organization, responsible for more than $8.5B business for the company. In his role, Alistair leads a team of more than 4,500 services professionals across 44 countries and six theaters, including Canada, Global Enterprise Segment, Latin America, Service Provider, U.S. Commercial and U.S. Public Sector. It includes professional and support services, customer success and renewals teams who, alongside ecosystem partners, deliver business solutions throughout a customer lifecycle by accelerating the time-to-value and return on the technology investment. Previously, Alistair led the Cisco CX EMEAR team for four years.
Before joining Cisco, Alistair was the Chief Revenue Officer at OnAPP where he led their transformation and growth through a broad portfolio of cloud software, subscription, and services offerings to help customers differentiate in their markets. He also established a new global customer success team, renewal and account management processes, and a new consulting services delivery group to drive growth returns.
With over 20 years of IT and software experience, Alistair’s career spans executive positions at technology stalwarts such as VMware, Salesforce, and Microsoft where he held the positions of EMEA General Manager, End User Computing; SVP, Customer for Life International Markets (EMEA, Asia, and Japan); General Manager, Global Practices, Microsoft Consulting Services (MCS), respectively.
Alistair is an active advocate for diversity and equality in the workplace and is the global Executive sponsor for Cisco’s Emerging talent community. He also acts as Cisco Executive sponsor for Mass General Brigham and co-sponsor for Bank of America, Deutsche Telekom, and DISH Network.
Alistair is an Information Technology graduate of Leeds Beckett University in the UK. He lives in California with his wife and daughter.
