Prior to joining Cisco, Alex held a variety of marketing roles at media and technology companies, as well as a leading experience marketing agency.

Originally from Rio, Brazil, Alex lives with her husband, two daughters and two dogs in the Bay Area. A lover of travel and global cultures, she speaks fluent Portuguese, Spanish, and English, and is studying to master French.
