This year, three partners won the 2021 Partner Summit Global Awards, each going the extra mile to deliver results for customers and Cisco.

Cisco’s 2021 Partner Summit Global Awards celebrate partners who are creating experiences for customers they didn’t know were possible, achieving incredible business results and demonstrating exceptional commitment to Cisco.  

This year, three partners won the much sought-after Partner of the Year award. Each going the extra mile – and beyond – to deliver phenomenal results for customers and for Cisco.

A laser focus on innovation across architectures, and verticals has led them to develop several award-winning healthcare applications for customers which have significantly improved the patient experience by reducing waiting times and improving access to medical staff.  

WWT put the customer at the heart of everything they do and are now Cisco’s #1 revenue generating partner. With teams dedicated to pre- and post-sale customer activity, WWT is committed to making sure that every EA delivers full value. Above all, WWT’s CX team spends time listening to, and engaging with customers, to make sure they understand the teams, processes and tools that will help them get the most value out of their investment. With a successful sales and engagement strategy in place, WWT continues to grow, enabling their sales teams and expanding their footprint inside existing accounts in the SP Mid-Market, Commercial and SLED segments. 

The partnership between Cisco and WWT is incredibly strong. WWT is committed to enabling customers to power hybrid work, bridging the gap between office-based and remote teams and upskilling customers’ teams to make sure they are confident in adopting new technologies and ways of working. Across Full-Stack Observability, Security, Optical, Enterprise Networking and Data Center - to name just a few - WWT is making sure customers understand and adopt the solutions that will help them transform and grow their business securely, knowing that they are in the safest hands possible.

APJC Partner of the Year: ITOCHU Techno-Solutions Corporation

ITOCHU Tecno-Solutions Corporation (CTC) has taken customer success to a whole new level and this year their Cisco Customer Success Workshop helped sellers get even better at adopting Cisco's CX approach. The business needs of the customer are always top of mind in everything CTC does; consistently making sure that services are aligned to solutions.  

Powering incredible growth year on year, CTC has made a huge contribution over the past ten years. The team is currently diversifying its range of expertise to continue focusing on Service Provider customers, but now bringing corporate customers into the mix as well, achieving growth in almost all of Cisco’s product lines.  

CTC’s trajectory of success shows no signs of slowing down, as they continue to expand into new business areas. They have applied the Partner Acceleration Fund to drive sales and added Customer Experience Specialization to their long list of accolades. In FY21, CTC and Cisco have continued to build on their strong management relationships - always with the customer front and center of their shared approach.

Computacenter Group has had a phenomenal FY21, driving revenue growth across all countries and investing heavily in transformation and consultation capabilities to make sure they are best placed to guide customers through their digitization journeys. They never fail to deliver value and outcome to our joint customers, and part of that customer-centric ethos comes from their willingness to adopt new technologies and services. Together we enable customers to move faster, be more agile, and increase productivity.  

In a challenging year with Covid and supply chain issues, Computacenter continues to deliver revenue growth through holistic solutions that help customers source, transform, and manage their technology infrastructures to deliver digital transformation, enable their users and achieve business outcomes. In FY21, with Cisco as their primary strategic partner and through strong global, regional, and country leadership alignment, Computacenter have significantly expanded their global footprint and in-country Cisco capabilities.  

Computacenter can take a customer from conceptual thinking, business case creation and platform design right through to project platform delivery. In FY21 Computacenter achieved multi-country Advanced CX Specialization and were the first partner to achieve Advanced in the US as well.  Computacenter has fully aligned its strategic pillars to drive and adopt all Cisco priorities, inspiring sellers and specialists to give their all, ride the next wave of Cisco’s innovation and continue to set the bar extremely high when it comes to supporting and delivering for customers.
