VIENNA, WARSAW – Oct. 21, 2010 - 3TS Capital Partners, the growth capital investor for Central and Eastern Europe, is pleased to announce that its 3TS Cisco Growth Fund has invested in Rankomat.pl, Poland's largest online insurance aggregator, by acquiring a minority stake in the firm. As a result of the transaction, Rankomat.pl will receive up to 12 million Polish zlotys in equity over the next 12 months.

The 3TS Cisco Growth Fund, established in November 2007, is a venture capital fund backed by Cisco as anchor investor. The fund primarily targets growth capital investments in technology, media and communications companies across Central and Eastern Europe.

Rankomat.pl is the market leader among Polish online insurance aggregators, a fast-growing segment of the insurance market throughout Europe. The company was founded in 2008 and has demonstrated tremendous growth over the last two years.  Rankomat.pl has successfully addressed the market with a unique combination of strong usability and customer care.

"Rankomat.pl is a great company and a positive addition to the existing portfolio of the 3TS Cisco Growth Fund. We are confident that our investment will help strengthen its leadership position among aggregators and that the firm will continue performing as a strong and reliable partner of insurance companies in Poland," commented Zbigniew Łapiński, partner of 3TS Capital Partners.

"Having 3TS Capital Partners on board is of great value to Rankomat.pl. We are convinced our new partners will support our growth not only through funding, but also through their extensive know-how, deep understanding and active involvement in other online and financial service companies across CEE. The size of our deal is also a clear signal that Rankomat.pl has the necessary resources to compete for a significant share of the financial brokerage market," added Wojciech Rabiej, CEO of Rankomat.pl.
