AMSTERDAM, Netherlands, and MADRID, Spain - August 27, 2008 - Cisco today announced that Terremark Worldwide Inc., a leading global provider of managed IT infrastructure services, has launched its InfinistructureTM utility-computing platform in Europe with Cisco® virtualization technology deployed on a Cisco Internet Protocol Next-Generation Network architecture. Terremark has just completed the deployment of the new platform in its facilities in Madrid and Amsterdam, which follows the recent launch of the Infinistructure platform based on Cisco solutions in the United States.
