TORONTO, Canada, December 3, 2007 - D&H Distributing today announced it is extending its highly successful distribution agreement with Cisco ® into the Canadian small and medium sized business (SMB) market. Combining Cisco's industry-leading SMB solutions with D&H's specialized service and support capabilities, the relationship is designed to increase the number of Cisco SMB channel partners in Canada and deliver innovative communications solutions to the SMB market.
"Small business represents a tremendous growth opportunity for Cisco and our partners," said Julie Hens, senior director of Distribution for U.S. and Canada Channels at Cisco. "As an SMB specialist, D&H delivers the proactive support and services smaller resellers need to profitably grow their businesses. We're pleased to grow our successful relationship with D&H in the United States into the Canada market. D&H became a Cisco specialty distributor in the U.S. two years ago, and has doubled their Cisco revenue in the last year."
"Cisco shares our commitment to the SMB market and, over the past year, few vendors have been more active in the SMB market," said Dan Schwab, vice president of marketing at D&H Distributing. "By building right-sized communications solutions such as the Cisco Smart Business Communications Systems and investing in SMB channel programs such as Select Certification, Cisco is definitely gaining momentum in the SMB market. We're excited to grow our successful relationship into Canada."
