SINGAPORE, March 3, 2004 - The Indian subsidiary of Datacraft, the region's leading independent IT services company, has been named the top Global Security Partner by Cisco Systems. The award, presented at the recent Cisco Partner Summit in Hawaii, is a milestone for Datacraft as it is the first time a Cisco Channel Partner in Asia Pacific has been recognised globally.
The Cisco Global Awards are conferred to partners who meet a specific set of requirements, which are designed to identify the best global channel partner in each category with customer satisfaction as its foundational criterion. Datacraft India's investments in supporting Cisco's Security technologies and solutions include training its engineers and building the infrastructure to support customers in their deployment of such solutions.
