What: Cisco Systems Canada is launching an innovative customer facility designed to help Canadian organizations better understand the business performance benefits of IP Communications.

  To allow journalists to explore the advantages of IP communications and network convergence, Cisco is holding a media event on Thursday, October 10 to launch the Business Innovation Communications Centre (BCIC). Through live demonstrations, journalists will be able to investigate how the convergence of voice, video and data is powering an exciting range of productivity tools and revolutionizing business communications.
When: Thursday, October 10th from 2:30 p.m. - 4:00 p.m.

Description: The Cisco Business Communications Innovation Centre, located in downtown Toronto, helps Canadian executives explore the full breadth and depth of performance and protection benefits delivered by a converged IP network infrastructure.

Through hands-on, interactive workshops led by Cisco specialists, Canadian executive teams examine how IP communications are improving business performance - driving employee productivity, enhancing organizational flexibility, enriching customer relationships, improving business resilience and lowering the total cost of network ownership. Customers will explore a wide variety of converged applications, ranging from contact centre solutions and unified communications, to IP video and interactive voice response.
