SAN JOSE, Calif., June 27, 2002 - Cisco Systems, Inc., today announced it has completed the acquisition of privately held Navarro Networks, Inc. of Plano, Texas. Navarro Networks' ASICs design expertise will augment Cisco's development of next-generation Ethernet solutions.
