The new program was created for service provider customers that build and deliver telephony-oriented services based on Cisco Internet Protocol (IP) networking products and solutions. Dialpad uses the termination services of Cisco VoIP service provider customers to provide carrier-grade VoIP service to its customers, and additionally, met the criteria for selection by maintaining high levels of network quality and customer satisfaction.
