SAN JOSE, Calif., March 21, 2001 - Cisco Systems will host another session of its ongoing "Speaker Series" webcast, with corresponding slide presentation, on Friday, March 23, 2001, at 1:30 PM (PST), highlighting its Long-Reach Ethernet solution, which was launched last month. All interested parties are invited to participate.

Please join Larry Birenbaum, Vice President and Group General Manager of the Ethernet Access Group, as he discusses Cisco's solution for enabling fast, secure broadband network applications in multi-unit buildings and campus environments. The discussion will highlight Cisco's response to increasing demand for extending Ethernet up to 5,000 feet and speeds of 5 to 15 Mbps easily and cost effectively.
