Manchester, NH - Nov. 14, 2000 - Granite Systems, a communications software provider of network and service resource management solutions, today announced it has joined Cisco's New World Ecosystem Partner Program as an OSS/BSS (operations support system/business solution software) member. As a Cisco New World Ecosystems member, Granite Systems will utilize a common reference architecture for integration with other Ecosystem Software members to provide service resource management and end-to-end service fulfillment to service providers worldwide.
