SAN JOSE, Calif. November 09, 2000 - Cisco Systems, Inc., the worldwide leader in networking for the Internet, will deliver a keynote at the upcoming TeleManagement World in Chicago, Ill., on November 14 at 9:45 a.m. Central Time. Todd Murray, vice president of Communications Software Group (CSG) will talk about the specific needs of today's customers and how they can be met by empowering service providers with interoperable OSS solutions that allow for dynamic creation and delivery of new and profitable services.

During his keynote "OSS for the Internet," Mr. Murray will discuss the Paradigm shift of OSS -- specifically, how service providers, solution vendors, system integrators, and customers can benefit from an ecosystem of partnerships to maximize the opportunities of a changing marketplace. He will provide an overview of the challenges and rewards for industry leaders in developing interoperable and innovative OSS business models for service delivery success.
