TORONTO, ON - September 28, 2000 - Cisco Systems Canada is pleased to announce the appointment of Robert (Bob) Singleton as vice president, technical operations, Americas International.

Mr. Singleton previously held the role of director, systems engineering, Americas International. In his new role, Singleton maintains responsibility for leading the Americas International systems engineering team and will also be responsible for all Customer Advocacy operations in Americas International, including services sales, professional service delivery and all technical support activities.

Bob Singleton has over 20 years of experience in the North American networking industry. He has spent the past 10 years with Cisco and was involved in its initial start-up in Canada.
