NEW YORK AND LONDON (June 20, 2000) Radianz today announced collaborative arrangements with COLT (Nasdaq: COLT, London CTM.L) and Cisco Systems Inc. (NASDAQ: CSCO). These agreements will enable Radianz to extend customers' network requirements and applications in real-time, as well as enhance its already secure global Internet Protocol (IP) network.

"We created Radianz to be the industry standard IP extranet for financial services companies," said Brennan Carley, chief product and technology officer of Radianz. "To build the best network, we need to use the best tools. That's why one of our cornerstone technology partners was TIBCO Software, which enables delivery of TIB-applications over our network. As of today, Radianz welcomes two additional, world-class technology collaborations with Cisco and COLT. Discussions with additional technology partners continue."

COLT Provides Financial Industry With Automated Network Enhancements

Working with COLT, Radianz plans to offer customers the unique facility for enhancing bandwidth requirements and access to applications through a web interface. By electronically binding their IT systems, COLT and Radianz will ensure that customers accessing applications available via the Radianz's private IP extranet will have the required network infrastructure to quickly provide applications for their end-users.

COLT will provide Radianz's customers access to these services via local connections in key European cities in the United Kingdom, Germany, France, Italy, Switzerland, Belgium, Holland, Spain, Austria, Ireland and Sweden.

"COLT has been selected as a preferred supplier to Radianz," said Peter Manning, chief operating officer at COLT. "We will enable customers in key financial cities in Europe to have immediate direct access to the latest applications, information and transaction processes needed to do business."

Radianz IP Service Designated a Cisco Powered Network

Radianz - designated a Cisco Powered Network provider - will work with Cisco to develop new IP capabilities optimized for e-finance delivered over Radianz' Cisco equipped network. Radianz and Cisco also will collaborate in developing business and marketing initiatives related to Radianz's IP-based network solutions for the financial sector worldwide.

"As a Cisco Powered Network, Radianz's customers will be able to extend TIB-enabled applications to their clients, suppliers and their extended communities of interest," said Kevin Outcalt, senior director of service provider marketing, Cisco. "New World Networks such as Radianz's will bring financial services customers around the globe an innovative, high-performance, reliable and secure extranet."

Carley concluded: "The financial services market evolves at the speed of light, so Radianz is ensuring that its network can support the latest applications, and provide high levels of security demanded by the financial services industry for the global e-commerce environment."
