TAIPEI -- 27 January 2000 -- Cisco Systems, the worldwide leader in networking for the Internet, will showcase several Cisco e-commerce multiservice solutions today in the first Taipei International ECommerce 2000 Expo, from 27-30 January 2000.
Larry Sun, country manager of Cisco Systems Taiwan, said: "While the trend towards e-commerce has grown relentlessly, a major issue for enterprises has been how to implement a secure and reliable online transaction environment. As a worldwide leader in networking for the Internet, Cisco is committed to meeting this challenge with ongoing R&D, and establishment of strong partnerships with other vendors. During the Expo, Cisco will deliver presentations on "The Future Outlook for Networking Enterprise in the 21st Century" and "The Myths of Layer 3 and Layer 4 in Networking."
