LOS ANGELES, Calif. -- October 26, 1999 -- Justice Technology Corporation, a provider of choice for the V/IP industry in Latin America and Africa, and Cisco Systems, Inc. (NASDAQ: CSCO), the worldwide leader in networking for the Internet, announced today that Justice has been named a Cisco Powered Network member. The relationship highlights Justice and Cisco's focus on using intelligent Internet protocol, frame relay and ATM networking to deliver the industry's leading network-based applications on the continents of Latin America and Africa.

Justice Technology Corporation is an integrated voice and data company that provides communication solutions for business customers in Latin America and Africa via Internet protocol (IP) networks. The new relationship also allows Justice to use Cisco equipment and software to provide dial and dedicated Internet access, Virtual Private Networks (VPN), Virtual Private Data Networks (VPDN), Frame Relay, Asynchronous Transfer Mode (ATM), Voice over Internet, Voice over ATM and Frame Relay, and enhanced voice and voice response services, including international collect and credit card calls.
