The relationship highlights Justice and Cisco's focus on using intelligent Internet protocol, frame relay and ATM networking to deliver the industry's leading network-based applications on the continents of Latin America and Africa.

The new relationship also allows Justice to use Cisco equipment and software to provide dial and dedicated Internet access, Virtual Private Networks (VPN), Virtual Private Data Networks (VPDN), Frame Relay, Asynchronous Transfer Mode (ATM), Voice over Internet, Voice over ATM and Frame Relay, and enhanced voice and voice response services, including international collect and credit card calls.
