Cisco Powered Network to Deliver Advanced Networking Services to Customers Worldwide



EL SEGUNDO, Calif. -- October 20, 1998 -- Infonet Services Corporation and Cisco Systems, Inc. today announced that they are combining efforts to offer advanced IP-based services to business customers on a worldwide basis.

With a Cisco Powered Network, Infonet offers customers reliable, secure and high-performance intranet and Internet services. The relationship highlights Infonet's and Cisco's focus on using intelligent broadband IP networking to deliver enhanced connectivity and network-based applications.
