Cisco Powered Network Delivers Advanced Networking Services to Customers in United Kingdom
LONDON, -- July 14, 1998 -- Cisco Systems, Inc. today announced that it is combining efforts with NTL, a leading UK telecommunications company, to offer Frame Relay, ATM and LAN interconnect services to business customers in the United Kingdom.
With a Cisco Powered Network, NTL offers customers reliable, secure and high-performance Internet services. The relationship highlights NTL's and Cisco's focus on using intelligent broadband IP networking to deliver enhanced connectivity and network-based applications.

In the Cisco Powered Network Program, NTL will provide services based predominantly on Cisco equipment and software. NTL's participation in the program - including use of the Cisco Powered Network logo to brand its services and marketing support materials - demonstrates NTL's ability to provide innovative services and industry-leading technology solutions.
