SAN JOSE, Calif., July 15, 1997 -- NETCOM On-Line Communication Services, Inc. (Nasdaq: NETC)and Cisco Systems, Inc. (Nasdaq: CSCO) announced today that NETCOM is participating in theCisco Powered Network program to promote NETCOM's business packages which use Cisco networkingequipment.
The program is designed to leverage high quality branded products from Cisco and NETCOM'sreliable, secure, high-performance Internet solutions. NETCOM's services which specifically useCisco equipment and software will be branded with the Cisco Powered Network logo.
