TOTOWA, NJ - June 6, 1997 - Glasgal Communications, Inc. (NASDAQ:GLAS) announcedtoday that it has entered into two agreements with Cisco Systems wherebyCisco will useGlasgal as a subcontractor for network integration services and will licenseGlasgal's systems integration software as part of Cisco's new AdvancedInstallation Services (AIS program.
This program permits faster deployment of Cisco's networking technology andis aimed at Fortune 1,000 corporations throughout North America. Glasgalexpects to generate orders of several million dollars through the program inthe Company's current fiscal year, which ends April 30, 1998.
According to agreements, Glasgal subsidiary, Datatec Systems, is providingnetwork stagingand implementation services to some of Cisco's largest customers, and Ciscohas licensedsoftware owned by another Glasgal subsidiary, CASI.

The staging and implementation of Cisco's networking systems will beautomated usingGlasgal's IWPS software. This software was designed to significantly reducelabor costs and configuration failures in systems integration by automatingthe design, configuration,implementation, migration, and support of client/server computingenvironments. Engineersfrom Cisco's Professional Services teams will use IWPS for the input ofnetwork designdocumentation in order to facilitate the installation of Cisco systems byDatatec personnel.
