SAN JOSE, Calif., BEDFORD, Mass., REDWOOD CITY, Calif. (February24, 1997) Security Dynamics Technologies, Inc. (NASDAQ: SDTI), and RSAData Security, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Security Dynamics,today announced that they will join Cisco's Enterprise SecurityAlliance. The companies will integrate their market leadingauthentication and cryptographic technologies into Cisco'smulti-technology framework, enabling centralized administration anddynamic links between customer security policy, user or host identity,and network infrastructures.

As a SecurID Ready member, Cisco routers already support SecurID andACE/Server authentication. Security Dynamics and Cisco are now buildingon their current relationship to provide their customers with tighterintegration of their security solutions. Cisco also plans to incorporatecomponents of RSA's BSAFE toolkit across its product line to providestrong authentication and data integrity services.
