SANTA CRUZ, CA (February 5, 1997) 3 Dog Multimedia, Inc., an award winningdeveloper of interactive computer-based training (CBT) courses, announcedtoday an agreement to license the 3 Dog Courseware Development Engine (CDE)) to Cisco Systems.

The CDE is a development tool created by 3 Dog to simplify the creation ofCBT. It enables novice multimedia developers to create bug-free CBT coursesquickly without any programming experience.

"Cisco needed a CBT authoring tool that would allow its internal CourseDevelopers to quickly and easily produce high-quality, interactive,cross-platform CBT courses. The 3 Dog CDE was the definitive solution,"says Joe Harrell, Manager of Applied Technology for World Wide Training atCisco Systems.
