Cisco Names Two Vice Presidents in Worldwide Operations

SAN JOSE, Calif., May 15, 1995 -- Cisco Systems, the leading globalprovider of enterprise networks, has named two executives to vice presidentlevel positions in worldwide channels operations.

Stephen Behm, 35, has joined Cisco as vice president of enterprisechannels, reporting to Donald LeBeau, Cisco senior vice president ofWorldwide Operations. Behm will head worldwide enterprise channel teamsfor sales and support of the entire Cisco productfamily.

Behm comes to Cisco from Bay Networks, where, as director of worldwidechannels sales, he headed a field team with $800 million responsibility forsales and channel strategy of two-tier distributors and single-tierintegrators and resellers. Before joining Bay Networks, Behm held variousmanagement positions in sales, marketing and strategic planning with ROLMand IBM.

Kim Peyser, 43, has joined Cisco as vice president of high-volume channels,also reporting to LeBeau. Peyser is responsible for the strategy andimplementation of worldwide VAR channels and two-tier distribution forCisco.

Peyser is the former president and CEO of Reach Software Corporation, wherehe was responsible for engineering, marketing, finance, sales andoperations. Previously, he was vice president of the Americas for Novell,Inc., where he was responsible for all North American Novell distributors,national resellers, OEMs, and key end user strategy.
