SAN JOSE, Calif, --- May 24, 2012 --- Cisco will host a conference call with Morningstar to discuss Cisco's Services business. Nick Earle, Senior Vice President of Cisco's Worldwide Service Sales and Channels Group, will give a detailed overview of the services business and its strategy.  Grady Burkett of Morningstar will then moderate a Q&A session.  This event will be webcast.  Interested parties can view this event on Cisco's Investor Relations website at investor.cisco.com.

No previously unannounced issues will be discussed in this webcast.
