SVP, Global Specialists Sales
Ken Trombetta is the Senior Vice President leading Cisco’s Global Specialists Sales (GSS) organization, a role he assumed in August of 2020. The GSS groups represent the most highly skilled technology sellers at Cisco and drive every architecture and cross-architecture go-to-market motion with $40 billion in revenue commitments. Ken is focusing on the pivotal role the Global Specialists play in accelerating Cisco’s growth as our customers move to a secure, multi-cloud, and application-centric world.
Most recently, Ken led the Americas Go-to-Market Transformation team where he refined the lifecycle motion that is now the blueprint for the company. During his 21 years at Cisco, he has had deep and diverse cross-company experience, leading efforts in sales, strategy, and the partner organization.
Prior to joining Cisco, Ken was at Ernst and Young Entrepreneurial Consulting Services, where he co-developed “Vision and Business Insight,” a strategic planning methodology.
Ken graduated with honors from Duquesne University where he received a B.S. in business.
