As Senior Vice President and General Manager, CX Product Management, Rajat is on a mission - with Cisco partners - to build the world's best Customer Experience (CX) so customers can unleash the full value of Cisco products and services.
To realize this mission, Rajat leads a 750+ talented global team responsible for the growth, innovation, GTM and marketing of Cisco's $14B portfolio of CX products & services. He also leads the design, launch and scaling of the next-generation Cisco CX Success Tracks (powered by collaborative intelligence) and the next-generation "lifecycle-first" CX Partner Model.
Rajat is an accomplished customer experience and technology executive with functional experience spanning general management, operations, product management, strategy, engineering, channels and sales. He has built transformative new capabilities and helped customers achieve breakthrough results in startups (e.g., Mu Sigma, a Sequoia-backed data science "unicorn") and large enterprises (e.g., Microsoft and McKinsey & Company).

Outside of Cisco, he is on the board of PREZENTIUM (designer-quality presentations overnight) and Adruta Children’s Home (orphanage supporting 450+ children). As a sought-after speaker and industry expert, he speaks about #Customer Experience, #Diversity and #AI at conferences such as CES, VentureBeat, StartUp Grind, and Watermark Conference for Women. He has been quoted in Forbes, Inc., CRN, etc.
He holds an MBA degree in strategic management from Wharton, achieving with Director’s List honors, and a BSc degree in computer science and engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), where he achieved Dean’s List honors. He holds two patents in AI and software automation.
