Tom Berghoff is the senior vice president of Global CX Centers at Cisco. His teams blend customer insights with technical expertise to deliver globally consistent, compelling experiences. Under Tom’s leadership, Global CX Centers deliver the full portfolio of Cisco support and professional services, including technical assistance, centralized project delivery and high-touch support, sourced support, managed services, and global spare parts and repair logistics.
With more than thirty-five years of industry experience, Tom is a recognized leader in services and support. He previously led Technical Services Product Management and the Cisco Global Technical Assistance Center (TAC), an award-winning, industry-leading, $8 billion business. In that role, Tom was responsible for services offerings, customer satisfaction, sales enablement, global acquisition integration, cross-architecture, and multi-vendor solution support.
Before joining Cisco in 2007, Tom was the senior vice president of Global Advanced Services and vice president of Global Support Service Marketing and Business Operations at Sun Microsystems. He started his career at IBM, where he worked in data center operations, production management, and operations planning.
Tom has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from California State University Humboldt and an MBA from Santa Clara University.
