Joe CozzolinoSenior Vice President, ServicesSince June 2015, Joe Cozzolino has been responsible for Cisco's growing $12 billion global services business. Joe's team helps Cisco customers transform their businesses through digital initiatives that support their business goals. Cisco Services drive business outcomes for customers and partners through a portfolio of advisory, implementation, training, optimization, managed, and support services. Previously, Joe was senior vice president and general manager of Cisco's Mobility and Service Provider Video Infrastructure business groups. He was responsible for global business strategy and execution for mobility products, customer premises equipment (CPE), cable access, encoding, and transcoding: a more than $3 billion business. Joe joined Cisco in 2013 from Motorola, where he was senior vice president and general manager of Video Network Infrastructure for Motorola Mobility. He was responsible for the video strategy for fixed-line operators and grew it to more than $1 billion over a four-year period. He also led the company's Home and Networks Mobility business in EMEA and Asia Pacific, where he rearchitected the businesses, generated growth, and exceeded plans. Earlier in his career, Joe led worldwide operations at RiverDelta Networks and was general manager at ADC Telecommunications, succeeding in startup and high-growth environments. Joe holds a BSEE degree from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth and an MBA degree from Anna Maria College. He is married with four children and lives outside Boston, Massachusetts.
