As an advisor to the Office of the Chairman and CEO, Joe Cozzolino is recognized as a transformational leader with extensive experience across sales, services and engineering. During his tenure at Cisco, Joe has held a number of instrumental roles including responsibility for Cisco's growing $12 billion global services business and served as senior vice president and general manager of Cisco's Mobility and Service Provider Video Infrastructure business groups.
Joe joined Cisco in 2013 from Motorola, where he was senior vice president and general manager of Video Network Infrastructure for Motorola Mobility. He was responsible for the video strategy for fixed-line operators and grew it to more than $1 billion over a four-year period. He also led the company's Home and Networks Mobility business in EMEA and Asia Pacific, where he rearchitected the businesses, generated growth, and exceeded plans.
Earlier in his career, Joe led worldwide operations at RiverDelta Networks and was general manager at ADC Telecommunications, succeeding in startup and high-growth environments.
Joe holds a BSEE degree from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth and an MBA degree from Anna Maria College. He is married with four children and lives outside Boston, Massachusetts.
