Bill LePage is Senior Vice President of Go-to-Market Business Operations, the organization accountable for aligning operations solutions with global and local go-to-market strategies. Its role is to create and deliver new capabilities that help Cisco's field teams sell, make it easier to do business with Cisco, and anticipate future needs.
A 17-year veteran at Cisco, LePage is currently co-leading the Operations Consolidation Steering Committee chartered with reorganizing Cisco Operations globally. He was a member of the former Software, Commercial Business, and Connected Business Operations Councils as well as the Learning Optimization Board. As part of the Connected Business Operations Council, LePage led the Operations Transformation Execution Board.
Prior to his current role, LePage was Vice President of Inside Sales. He transformed this worldwide organization by creating a single, global business model. He led his team to grow bookings more than 300 percent in four years, while more than doubling productivity.
LePage also served as the Vice President of both the U.S. Field Marketing and Sales Operations groups. He created new models for these organizations that significantly enhanced their capabilities to provide valued services in support of sales efforts. He began his Cisco career in 1994 as Controller for the Americas. Previously, LePage held finance and sales administration positions with Wang Laboratories and Polaroid Corporation.
LePage is a member of the Boston College Technology Advisory Board and participates as a member of the San Jose Civic Council, an employee-managed group that directs philanthropic activities. He holds a bachelor's degree in business management from Boston College.
