Senior Vice President, Development Strategy & Operations
Kathy Hill brings more than 30 years of product development and management experience to her position as Senior Vice President for Cisco's Development Strategy & Operations. In this capacity she oversees the implementation and governing of cross-segment technology architectures, Cisco IOS Software and network management development, global government solutions, and Cisco's product development operations. Hill is also one of five members of the Cisco Development Council who jointly lead the Cisco Development Organization and focus on the delivery of Cisco products and solutions to customers.
