FORMER Senior Vice President, Global Enterprise Theater Services Sales
Ana Pinczuk leads the Global Enterprise Theater (GET) Services Sales group, where she is responsible for building relationships with industry-leading Cisco customers and championing solutions designed to meet their business needs.
Prior to her current role, Pinczuk led the Services Transformation group responsible for Cisco Services strategy, P&L planning, portfolio, and COO functions. She also led Cisco's Global Technical Center, a worldwide team of 3000 professionals who deliver technical services, define the service experience, and partner with Cisco Engineering to ensure product excellence.
Pinczuk started her career at AT&T Bell Laboratories as a systems engineer and held numerous roles there, including Vice President responsible for deploying AT&T's Internet backbone.
Pinczuk is a member of the International Women's Forum, Anita Borg Institute, Cornell Computer and Information Sciences Advisory Board, Carnegie Mellon Engineering Advisory Board, Consortium for Service Innovation, and International Society of Service Innovation Professionals (ISSIP). She is also the recipient of numerous awards including the 2013 Latina Style Executive of the Year.
Pinczuk holds a bachelor of science and master of engineering degree in mechanical engineering from Cornell University, a master of technology management degree from the University of Pennsylvania Wharton School, and a master of science degree in software management from Carnegie Mellon University.
