Cisco Announces New Communications Support for Small Businesses

Cisco Systems today announced the Cisco CallManager Express, a Cisco IOS Software-based product providing call-processing services, and Cisco Unity Express, a voice-mail and automated-attendant offering. These solutions provide smaller businesses and branch offices accessible and cost-effective tools for deploying IP telephony communications in their offices. They also are supported by a Cisco Full Service Branch customer portal - also announced today - which provides a rich set of tools to help branch and small offices easily and effectively deploy secure voice, video and data services.
