Kumaran Singaram is the Managing Director for Cisco Systems in Malaysia, responsible for Cisco Systems business operations in Malaysia which includes sales, marketing and technical support for the enterprise, commercial and service provider market segments. Kumaran joined Cisco Systems in 1999 and prior to his current position, he was Director of Cisco Systems Service Provider Business for its South Asia Operations based out of its Regional HQ in Singapore. In that role, he managed Cisco Systems' Service Provider business in the Mobile, Fixed network, ISP, Cable and emerging next generation operators. Having over 18 year exposure in the IT and Telecoms industries, Kumaran held engineering, sales and management positions at NCR, AT&T, Nortel Networks and Cisco Systems. His management experience across Cisco's regional and international business gives additional leadership advantages to the Cisco team in working with partners and customers to participate in the growth, investments and development of Malaysia. |
