Kathy Hill brings more than 30 years of product development and management experience to her position as Senior Vice President for Cisco's Access Networking and Services Group. In this capacity she oversees the Access Routing, Ethernet Switching, Security, Wireless and Small Business technology groups, which deliver over $12 billion of Ciscos annual revenues. Her group's focus is on profitable growth and the integration of networking services into Cisco's full range of products.
