Cisco to Host Conference Call on its Agreement to Acquire Andiamo Systems, Inc.
SAN JOSE, Calif., August 20, 2002 - Cisco Systems has scheduled a conference call on Tuesday, August 20, 2002 at 7:00 AM (PT) to discuss its definitive agreement to acquire privately held Andiamo Systems, Inc., a developer of intelligent storage switching products for the Storage Area Networking (SAN) market. Join Cisco's Chief Development Officer, Mario Mazzola, and Vice President of Strategy and Business Development, Ammar Hanafi, as they discuss the business and technological aspects of this acquisition, which represents Cisco's entry into the large, high-growth Fibre Channel SAN switching market.
